Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you are expected to:

Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients within the wood industry, such as local wholesalers, construction companies, hardware stores, and interior designers.

Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's wood products, including plywood, laminate, engineered flooring, and other offerings.

Client Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients, understanding their specific needs and offering tailored solutions.

Consultative Sales: Act as a consultant, providing clients with expert advice and information on product specifications, pricing, and quality.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and facilitate long-term partnerships.

Job Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, forestry, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail industry, preferably with knowledge in wood products

  • Ability to operate independently as well as in partnership with a wide variety of factories or producers.

  • Sales experience, particularly in a relevant industry like wood products, construction materials, or building materials, is typically preferred. 

  • Familiarity with sales and CRM software for tracking leads, managing customer data, and reporting.
